Join Circle Form

Join Circle Application

We want to help you raise money for your organization. If you are a registered charity, school, church or community please contact us. This is all you have to do:

1. The Organization must first register and be accepted. Once accepted the Circle can be built.

2. Fill out the following Join The Circle Registration form and submit to us. Please enter all required fields. We will contact you within 5-10 business days to confirm your registration.

3. Everytime you make a purchase, 5% of your purchase will be added to your organizations account. You do not have to do anything ; we keep track of your qualifying purchases and your organization gets the checks!

4. The more people who join a circle, the more funds that can be raised.

Note: (a) Qualifying purchases are total purchases less shipping, handling and any applicable
taxes. Customer credits and returns are debited from your account.

(b) Credits are added to the organization's account 15 days after qualifying purchases are
made.

(c) You can only join 1 Circle.

(d) No credit given for sales or promotion items.

(e) Cannot be combined with other offers.

(f) You must agree to the terms and condition described here.
